Alesia’s Background
Alesia has over 20 years as a C-level executive for domestic and international companies. She started off as a franchise consultant in 2014. She became one of FranServe’s top producers. After years of driving organizational success and leveraging partner relationships, she became the president of FranServe in 2016 and the CEO in 2018. She has been a driving force for FranServe and is able to never lose sight of her mission; to help others achieve their dream of business ownership through franchising. Alesia is also the CEO and Publisher or Franchise Dictionary Magazine. With all of these accomplishments, it’s fitting that her mottos is “Work hard, play hard, help others, repeat.”
FranServe Causes
Giving bak is a primary objective for FranServe. Alesia is leading the initiative to give back to various causes to help veterans in franchising, to fight against the Australian wildfires, and the Susan G. Komen foundation.
How Alesia Helps Investors
Alesia spends time working one-on-one with investors to find the right option for them, which would mean you could considered her a “business matchmaker”. She works with an investor to find the fight industry for an investor based on what his or her interest are and what business model would work best for them. Her role at FranServe is to be a coach to those in the industry who need guidance to make the right choices and grow.
